- Dress code: The helicopters can get quite hot during the Aussie summer and cooler during the winter, so dress comfortably, Ladies please wear flatter shoes
- Restriction: Hats, bags or any loose clothing are not allowed to be worn in or around the helicopters as they can fly up into the rotors and damage the aircraft
- Restriction: Maximum weight for this experience is 130kg per customer
- Restriction: Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances
- Restriction: To ensure passenger safety and comfort, flights do not go ahead in rain, low clouds or heat over 35 degrees
