5 SHOW PHOTOS

4 • Multiple people are not allowed to share a ticket; the ticket is valid only for the person whose name is indicated on it
6 • Seats may be reserved for free at a green ticket-vending machine or a station ticket office
3-1 Only one e-ticket per passport can be exchanged at a time.
2-2 However, after exchange, unused physical tickets can be partially refunded at a JR West Midori no Madoguchi ticket office (not directly through us)
2-3 however, a handling fee of 10% of the retail price will be charged
1-1 This pass is only valid for those holding non-Japanese passports and with a Temporary Visitor visa under the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act
1-2 Foreign residents in Japan, whether working, participating in a study-abroad program, or such, are not eligible for this pass.
2-1 We will not process refunds for 2D barcode e-tickets for whatever reason.
5 • Please be careful not to lose your pass; no refunds will be issued for lost or stolen passes
7 • Please note that there is no exchange office in the Kanto area (including Tokyo)
1-3 Anyone ineligible who is found using this pass will be fined for misuse.
3-2 Individual customers are not allowed to purchase or exchange more than one of the same ticket for the same use period
