- Before you enter, it's recommended that you download the Viking Planet Guide App. It is free and available on the App Store and Google Play
- The app is available in 12 languages and provides additional information about the various attractions at the museum
- The documentary at Norvegr and the 270-degree cinematic experience at The Helmet start every 15 minutes from 10.00am until closing time and last about 12 minute
- There is a wheelchair-accessible elevator and toilet and free access for certified carers
- Check the opening hours on the local provider's website to plan your visit
- The VR experience is not recommended for children under 6 years old
